Watermelon is a Customer Insights company who provide client insight solutions to many blue chip clients in the way of online and mobile surveys.
Watermelon asked me to revamp their client facing dashboard UI, which is provided to their clients as a web based app, providing real time customer metrics and KPI's, allowing clients to measure, identify and act on key issues experienced by their customers.
